What is the Giant Loop RIde
Adventure is calling, and Giant Loop is answering with our 4-day moto rally set in the rugged, mountainous terrain of western Idaho! This isn’t just another ride but an unforgettable experience. Take the chance to explore the Pine forests, Glacial-carved lakes and much more breathtaking terrain.
Our inaugural Idaho ride welcomes any off-road bike with a license plate. We offer routes for both novice and advanced riders, and everything in between. The routes are long and will feature a variation of single and two-track trails, logging & gravel roads, open meadows, mountain trails and much more. Each route offers a thrilling adventure and plenty of fun for everyone.
Basecamp is set at No Business Lodge where you'll enjoy a mix of adventure rides and some well needed relaxation. Ride all day through the stunning mountainous & forest filled landscape with glacial-carved lakes, high-elevation meadows and much more. Once back at camp enjoy time with new and old friends and soak away in the Payette River. The camp will feature canoes for the river, a Vendor Village, as well as a bar and plenty of space to camp and enjoy quality time under the stars. From basecamp you will have direct access to routes without touching any pavement.
Epic Riding:
GPX-tracked routes, get it done in 50 miles, or stretch it out as far as your fuel range allows, all through some of the most remote parts of the lower 48.
Camp Amenities:
Rustic camp setting with space to pitch your tent under the stars. Portable showers to clean up after a long day in the saddle. Portable toilets. Lastly, on site bar for enjoying a cold beverage at the end of the day.
Food, Drink & Good Times:
Delicious meals if you've opted for our meal package. Free cold beverages provided at our nightly happy hour.

The Ride
Ride Experience
The McCall and Cascade Lake area offers a thrilling mix of alpine adventure and remote backcountry exploration. Riders can expect a dynamic blend of forest service roads, rugged two-track trails, and high-elevation passes, all set against a backdrop of towering pines, open meadows, and panoramic mountain views.
GPX Tracks
We package scouted routes into a GPX file, unlocking an adventure that will take you deep into the heart of the wild. Follow tracks that lead you through Payette National Forest, skirting scenic lakes, crossing rivers, and occasionally revealing sweeping overlooks of Lake Cascade or Payette Lake.
Terrain
The terrain ranges from smooth gravel stretches perfect for cruising to technical sections with ruts, rocks, and water crossings that challenge skill and stamina. Wildlife sightings are common, and the sense of solitude is real—many trails feel untouched and wild, with minimal traffic and endless freedom to roam. Whether you're linking up old logging roads or tackling high alpine singletrack, the area delivers an authentic Idaho backcountry moto experience that’s as gritty, beautiful, and rewarding as the land itself.
Dry camping at No Business Lodge is included with your registration. We highly encourage moto camping and prioritize the best campsite locations for those arriving by motorcycle.
If you prefer to bring a camper, RV, or toy hauler, you are welcome to do so for an additional fee. A limited number of upgraded accommodation options are available.
Facilities on-site include portable toilets and showers for your convenience.
